Scraper conveyors

Scrapers are special segment chain transporters for the dust-free transportation of bulk materials such as: pellets, food products, washing powders, etc.

Features:

• capacities are from 60 t/h (at a desitiy of about 0,75 tm3)
• transporter lengths of up to 40m
• sinks are semicircle
• the transporter chain has blades, which slide along in the sinks of the unit; due to the specific shape of the sinks, the sinks are always clean
• the material is not effected during transportation

The housings of the units are manufactured from carbon steel or stainless steel. Blades are manufactured from resistant polyethylene or polyamide (plastic) materials.
