Spiral mixers

Spiral mixers are composed of the basic components with two end caps. Plungers are composed of two upstream lamellar spirals. This type of design enables homogeneous mixing. Emptying of the mixer is done with an electromotive or pneumatic valve, which is opened on the entire length of the mixer. This enables for quick emptying of the mixer and thus reducing the auxiliary time factors to a minimum.

Mixers are designed and manufactured according to the type of material being processed and are manufactured from either normal carbon steel or stainless steel. The mixers axle has multiple bearings and the drive is a shaft mounted geared unit.
